For an automated will, there are limitations on what our program can offer and that is why we are only capable of giving access to automated wills, and powers of attorney for the cost of $49.99. If your matter is complex in nature, we strongly encourage you to hire our attorneys to draft the documentation for you and your loved ones.

Our automated program is offered to individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. You only need a will and powers of attorney.
2. The individual signing the documents is of sound mind and has not been deemed to have had a medical issue that impairs their judgment.
3. There is not real estate involved.
4. You do not have assets that exceed $30,000 total.

It is important to remember that a financial power of attorney does not allow for beneficiary designations and it does not determine how an estate will be administered.
